Potty Time.

Guess what I did yesterday? Yep, i went poo in the potty all by myself. Mommy and Daddy were very happy and so was I. I'm getting to be a big boy now.

I started school this week. I like it. We play outside and inside. I get to paint and stuff, it's fun.

I am counting more and more. I like it.

While reading books tonight, Holly and I asked Parker how many ducks there were.

He pointed to the first one and said one.

then he moved to second one and said two.

and with a little help from Mommy, he said three.

Gone Fishin'...

I went fishing with my Grampy and Uncle Jas. I had a lot fun, I picked some buttercup flowers, and I caught two big fish. Grampy said they were brook trout, I liked reeling them in. I got to play with the worms too. The other fish looked hungry so I threw some worms to them so they could eat.

Daddy took some pictures of my first fishing trip.

I have my own fishing rod.

Grampy is always happy when he's fishing.

Grampy showed me how to reel a fish in.

Uncle Jas helped land the fish for me.

Uncle Jas taught me how to cast and reel in the fish.

Big Boy Bed...

I have a big boy bed now. Now I can get in and out of bed when I want to.

my Texas trip...

I went to Texas to see my mommie's godparents Jim and Carol, I had a nice time.

I took an airplane ride.

I wore a big cowboy hat.

I got to eat ribs.

I had to ask the waiter for more bbq sauce.

I wasn't going to push those buttons. Honest.

I had lots of fun.

Thank you Jim and Carol for letting us stay with you.

Hi, this is daddy blogging for Parker...

Here's a pic taken in Texas:

It's really cute with his cowboy hat and boots on with the red bandana.

In five years, it'll still be cute.

In fifteen years, it'll be embarassing, but cute.

In twenty five years, when he brings "the one" home to meet Mom and Dad, it'll still be embarassing but cute.

And in thirty five years, he can show his son (or daughter) that he was once a baby and had a cute butt.

Shave and a haircut sir....

Well maybe not a shave today but I did go to the barbershop for my first haircut. I had to wait for a chair to open so I looked at the magazines. Mr Houff was nice so I took some to him. When it was my turn I sat in the barber chair like everyone else. Well, I did have a booster seat so I could sit higher. Mr Painter put the cape around me but I didn't like that. Mr Painter started the haircut and before I knew it was done. Mr Painter did a good job and even let me holder the clippers. They were buzzing like a bee. I told Mr Painter and Mr Houff about my trip to Austin Texas. After I was done they gave me a lollipop. That made it even better.

I can't wait to get my next big boy haircut. Especially if I get another lollipop.

Hi Santa...

I went to the mall today with Mommy and Daddy to see Santa. We had to wait in a line while other kids got to see Santa before me. I didn't like standing in line so I walked around with daddy. Mommy stayed in line so I could still see Santa. When it was my turn I ran up to Santa and sat in his lap. I told him that I wanted a titanium tricycle from Independent Fabrication. (daddy's been helping with my Santa list)

This is my second Christmas, but I don't remember the first one. Mommy decorated the house and daddy helped. Mommy likes Christmas. Daddy talks about something called the winter solstice, something about more daylight. I guess he wants longer days or something.

I had my picture taken with Santa, he was nice so I smiled big.

Dinner with a friend...

My friend Gillian and I went to dinner tonight at Baja Bean Company. We had a nice time at the restaurant.

We decided to go to my place to play with toys. We have fun playing together.

We had a slight disagreement concerning an after dinner treat.

We worked out the problem.

Gillian wanted to ride my bike with me, we made it work.

Gillian is a good friend, she had a nice time. I did too.

It got late and Gillian had to go home, I'm glad Gillian is my friend. She's a nice girl. (cute too)

A Nice Visit...

I went with Mommy and Daddy to Virginia Beach this weekend. I got to stay with Aunt Jean and Abbe. We had a great visit with them. Aunt Jean made me waffles and sausages for breakfast. It was really good. Sorry about the bunny Aunt Jean. I didn't mean to hurt him. I hope to see you again soon. Thanks for letting us stay with you and for playing with me and Abbe.

I got to dress up this year and look like my buddy Cooke. I got lots of candy, daddy held my trick-or-treat bag for me. I let him have my candy. but only for this year.
